15-Vessel Ferry Fleet Annual Maintenance Contract - ASDP

Project Description

RRL Marine secured a long-term annual maintenance contract with ASDP Indonesia Ferry for the comprehensive upkeep of 15 Ro-Ro passenger ferries operating on the Merak-Bakauheni route. Our scope includes scheduled dry docking, main engine and generator servicing, propulsion system maintenance, hull coating, electrical system upgrades, and regulatory compliance inspections (BKI class surveys). Through preventive maintenance planning and our dedicated on-site team, we achieved 99.5% vessel availability rate and reduced unplanned downtime by 40% compared to previous maintenance contracts.
