Modern Container Terminal Construction - 500m Quay Wall

Project Description

RRL Marine delivered a landmark port construction project for Pelindo Group at Jakarta Port, designing and building a modern container terminal facility. The project featured a 500-meter quay wall capable of accommodating Post-Panamax vessels, installation of 4 ship-to-shore (STS) gantry cranes, and integration of a state-of-the-art Terminal Operating System (TOS). Our engineering team managed all phases from geotechnical investigation, detailed structural design, pile driving, concrete works, to crane commissioning. Completed on schedule within 18 months, this terminal now handles over 1 million TEUs annually.
