10km Subsea Gas Pipeline Installation - East Java

Project Description

RRL Marine successfully completed the installation of a 10-kilometer subsea gas pipeline for PGN Gas Transmission in East Java waters. The project involved detailed route survey, seabed preparation, trenching, pipe laying using S-Lay method, and commissioning. Our team navigated challenging seabed conditions with water depths up to 45 meters, deploying our specialized pipelay barge and dive support vessels. The pipeline was hydro-tested and commissioned on schedule, now transporting natural gas to power plants serving over 500,000 households in East Java.
