50,000 DWT Tanker Vessel Dry Docking & Major Repair

Project Description

RRL Marine successfully completed a comprehensive dry docking and major repair project for a 50,000 DWT oil tanker operated by PT Energy Shipping at our Batam shipyard facility. The project scope included full hull blasting and painting (SA 2.5 standard), main engine and auxiliary engine overhaul, propeller and shaft servicing, sea valve replacement, and steel renewal of corroded areas. Our team of 80+ technicians completed the works within 35 days, meeting all classification society (BKI) requirements and international safety standards. The vessel returned to service with zero defects and improved fuel efficiency.
